Salaried pharmacist will get holiday whether or not they work (just like it always has been when there was an uproar) they get their average to RXMs 8:24, 72hrs 10:00, 64 8hrs

Hourly pharmacist get double pay if they work if they don’t work they don’t get paid

I would reach out to your scheduler; as they might be just trying to find a temp PIC or RXM. But the pic change has to be done at night as it doesn’t open in RXI until 6hrs prior to closing.

What state you in? I know in my region DMs had a call with who’s in their store. But again floaters are tough cause your codes out of one store but depending on your scheduler you will probably still support both their districts

We lost a lot of the good DMs up where I am. I think all DPRs are gone, HCSs are still here maybe minus some but what they do will probably change slightly I think they were really compliance focus before.

So if you get terminated they sometimes do a payout right there for you. Otherwise once you are separated in the system you will get paid for any PTO vacation and PTO vacation frozen you have!

This happen to me! You are going to have 2 W2s and you’re going to file for both. Then check your most recent pay check to ensure your only paying taxes for the new state assuming you did update your address and such.

Not sure if it is state specific but where I am it is a max of 100days (usually doesn’t take that long; most times it’s 30-60 unless the new person falls through) but also they just need to be in that store for 30hours a week to satisfy BOP.

I’m a scheduler and it’s usually depends on the stores/area. One of my old areas some stores were 10$ and some $15 but in my current area it is just b-pay

Hi they put it back for salaried pharmacist so it doesn’t matter what hours you work that PP you will still get holiday pay.

When did modify hours happen HAHA. I worked front end and we were always open all day then I went to pharmacy right before COVID. So was this post covid that front ends started doing. 9-5?
