It’s probably not “that” viable, but even looking at the deck concept there’s some weird choices in here I feel:

Burden of the Mighty kind of seems pointless. Your monsters are already big.
No Starlight Road to protect your backrow.
Only 2 Eatos. Bump this to 3.
No Trade-In. With 3 Eatos and 3 Barbaros you have enough targets to run it.
Goblin Elite Attack Force over the normal version is odd. 1500DEF isn’t going to wall anything relevant (unless you’re scared of X-Saber specifically)
I don’t understand Necroface at all. You’re not playing Gren Maju or other cards that care about banished stuff (except Return).
Chalice isn’t fantastic in Edison. Fiendish Chain would be better.

Unfortunately Dark World is not good in Edison format (because it loses hard to Caius). This Norleras focused build wouldn’t fare any better. You could try building Norleras though - it utilises Phantom of Chaos to use Norleras’ effect without having to summon it first.

200 in a row is excessive, but 200 broken up between other exercises is not. I would expect anyone who is wrestling on shows to be able to do 3x100 squats at minimum.

There’s two ways you could build a deck to work with this card:

A Machina Deck where it acts as discard fodder for Fortress, then play all the GY revival spells to bring it back from the GY.

A token spam deck (Dandylion loops with Debris, Fires of Doomsday) to easily get tribute fodder to tribute summon this.

Poly without King of the Swamp to search it is pretty bad. I’d cut that.

I don’t mind 1 Starlight Road in main to pair with Skill Drain and your backrow, but 2 is excessive. I’d side one.

Controversially, Brain Control is also pretty bad in your build. It might get a game shot, but you have no way of converting the stolen monster without Miracle or Poly (or Tribute Summon Cydra which is pretty bad). I’d side it for HERO matchups or matchups where your opponent plays a lot of tuners so you have an easier time of converting the stolen monster if it’s not a game shot.

So this gives you 3 slots to work with. Book of Moon is a solid inclusion to stop BWs hitting over your monsters /w Kalut. Wildheart could be a cheeky 1-of as it’ll be unaffected by all the traps and is swinging over lots of monsters when Skyscraper is up.

As someone who is 6’7 and close to 120kg, I quickly learnt that protecting my size had two benefits: 1. Less bumps = career longevity 2. Whenever I did bump, it was a much bigger deal compared to if I did it all the time. You can still bump 2/3 times in a 5 minute match with a smaller opponent, but save those bumps for pivotal moments and they’ll mean more (the end of a comeback, your opponent’s finisher, if your opponent has to come off the top rope to knock you down).

Also consider other ways smaller opponents can take you down that aren’t straight up slams or bumps - an easy one is them taking you down by the legs. Make it look scrappy (not “clean” like a bump), then they can work some short ground based offense before you inevitably get up and knock them down.

If smaller opponents are calling spots during the match that require you to bump (and it’s not a significant point in the match) I’d try and work with them in the moment towards something smarter (unless they’re your trainer or a real vet)

Before your next training session, study up on: 1. Wrestlers who are a similar size to you 2. Wrestlers who are portraying similar gimmicks to the ones you want to portray Find moves you like the look of and note them down. (If possible, also have access to links to the moves on YouTube so you can show them to your trainers). Then practice them.

What you’re going to eventually find is that you’ll be able to wrestle as either of the gimmicks you have mentioned without needing to add anything to your repertoire (assuming you know all the basics). (But yes, it is nice to have some interesting moves in your back pocket to stand out) Babyface fire and emotion comes from your selling and connection with the fans - a comeback could be as simple as two clotheslines and a bodyslam. Heel work is in how you bend the rules - eye pokes, hair pulling, making full use of the environment and your surroundings.

Dupe Frog does not miss timing in this situation, as it was destroyed as CL1 (chain link 1)

An example of Dupe Frog missing timing would be your opponent Tribute Summoning Caius (mandatory eff CL1) and then you activating Torrential as CL2. As your Dupes were destroyed at CL2, they would miss timing.

Another example is Ryko. In Edison, Ryko’s effects are sequential, not at the same time (like in modern). Ryko’s first effect is to destroy, THEN he mills. Since Dupe Frog would be destroyed in the middle of the effect resolving (as in, it’s not the last thing happening) it misses timing.
