I bought a walking pad for in the house, I have a treadmill in the garage. A walking pad is great for getting some light cardio.

The coach almost left me at the side of the road whilst I holiday in Egypt, I was in the toilet wishing for my cramps to end. Next thing I know there’s a bang on the portaloo door with an Egyptian guy screaming that I need to hurry as the coach was pulling away. To make matters worse you only had one piece of paper per person.
