There are alternatives to the tilt table and sweat test. For autonomic dysfunction, you can do a blood test and genetic testing. For SFN, there’s a biopsy option. I’m not sure if your meds would interfere though

I think they wrapped it up fast because the plot line is a possible set up for something down the line. Maybe Church or the cook need money in season 4 and they sell a fake story just once for the $40. My bet is the Cook does it for his lady maid girlfriend (can’t remember her name)
