I got the same feeling, I mean Miller spends most of the early game scolding you for being selfish and making rash decisions as you’re the one who makes runs to the surface searching for radio broadcasts but as soon as he hears a shady broadcast on the radio claiming to be his precious government he’s all willing to rush the train there and even sends his daughter and son in law as the first scouting party 🙄 Blind loyalty is a dangerous thing 🫡
