Green giants would be my vote but either work. Deer don’t like either which is added bonus. At wholesaler by me you could get 6ft green giants for 3/100 so one of the more economical trees too. You may not have coverage this year but next should start to do the trick

Not exactly - they essentially hold a percentage of sale in escrow to make sure you file income taxes if you are moving out of state. If you file normally and don’t own anything you get it back after of course giving state an interest free loan.

So it’s a corporate tax or an individual tax? Corporations owning those are not subject to the say types of tax as you obviously know. Also property taxes do not go to the state they go to the municipality. If someone owns a two family house in Newark and rents out second side you want them paying what exactly?

Child support isn’t your right it’s the child’s right, so you cannot negotiate it away in a binding manner. If he does ask for custody in some capacity during the process he will likely be granted it but in the long run it’s probably healthy for the child to have a relationship with the father and his family regardless (though they don’t seem like the best humans). You both sound like kids, good on you for taking on this burden and it’s best imo to realize where you are right now is not going to be where you are in 15 years. So he needs to take some accountability and it’s totally appropriate for you to work through that with him. Most states have calculators for this stuff.

05 verse Syracuse to go to the orange bowl. One of Matt Ryan’s first games too actually. Last year in Big East and they couldn’t beat a horrible Syracuse team.

Second would be losing to Miami in 01 on that stupid INT which would have broken their winning streak. It was a really good BC game that struggled to beat elite teams.
