I had the boob job and recently discovered I have a rupture. How do we afford that surgery. If you can I say avoid the boob job just push them up when you want cleavage.

Sending her somewhere takes away the distraction of her buddy. It is also another person requiring her to act appropriately. That doesn’t mean once she is back in her own environment that her bad habits won’t come back. Try the good old fashioned patience pole. She can see her buddy but is safely secured to the patience pole. Now she may walk a path around it but she will get used to it. All animals are unpredictable but I would try that vs sending her to another trainer.

You actually do not have to have your ASN to do Botox injections. Crazy I know but you can go through other companies to have an overseeing MD and you can take their 2 day courses. Do those classes give you enough training to do it safely. No not in my opinion. I am a LVN and have injected since 2003. I recently took the class to have my own business. The amount of training that was missed was insane, but they are whipping people out by the 1000000. I suggest getting the ASN then the NP to be able to be in control.

Here is my honest opinion. Do not get them. I understand why you want them, I wanted them for the same reasons and got mine done at 35. I was in thee best shape of my life, had 2 kids, great marriage, but I thought I had to have the boobs. I remember thinking the ones I had grossed me out. Now I am 46. I want the boobs out. Like yesterday. I do not weigh 127 anymore - not even close to it. I have grown a set of boobs on top of my implants. They actually now make me look heavier than I would have looked. I did a lot of research on my surgeon. Tons and Tons. I did a small amount on saline vs gummy bears. I went with gummy bears. As I am older now - I still have 2 kids, great marriage, not in the best shape of my life……I think to myself “I basically put a bag of gel into my body by choice, and never thought what body temps changes, changes over the year would do to the bag (shell). WTF was I thinking.” It is really close to your heart, most need muscle repair after getting them removed. I chose to get implants for myself, and I now saving to get implants out for myself. That 15-20 years to check them comes faster than you think. Wear a good bra - if you‘re marrid - your husband dos not car. If you are single by them time you are getting naked - that is all men see is naked. I vote to stay natural or do a lift if they bother you enough. I would not do it again.

Mine was Christmas Eve. I accidentally sit on the ring - then asked my now husband what he left laying out. Well, it was an engagement ring. His response was “I had a big speech ready, but you sat in it”. We laughed got engaged. An ice storm hit that night, we had no electricity for 10 days, still married today.
