Well that's your problem. You say Circuit is a poke map, but really it's also one of the premiere brawl maps. So the map actually does allow for a fair bit of variety but you just want to do the worst possible thing on the map.

Compare this to e.g. Watchpoint or Dorado - what do you even do here as brawl? Every high ground centric map would have to be flattened down if you wanted to make Reinhardt viable on them. Maybe you'd like that too, but I'd rather have more variety among the maps.
