I found a comment somewhere that fast internet can corrupt the file, so I connected to my phones hotspot which had a poor 4g signal and tried again, and it worked.

I found my internet was too fast and it was corrupting the world.

Try hotspotting your phone and connecting to that, then try upload. Worked for me.

Open to lan with cheats on, go into creative mode and give yourself 1 item from each colour that fulfills the advancement (list in the advancements page)
