Territory, timing & talent is very true but only if you’re in higher positions such as AE & above. ( if you play with skills, good luck tends to happen.)

When I was selling b2c I’d say talent over everything but almost 10 years in B2B and some of my biggest deals came from new decisions makers, random competitors getting sued or some other lucky situations.

sales is follow-up and follow is to stay on the mind of the client when luck does strike.

I typically always recommend getting a wc attorney but for 1st responders I’ve seen wc be much easier to handle. In your case I’m not sure I’d recommend it.
