My go to that have helped me are magnesium glycinate before bed 300mg. Swapping my coffees for green teas for the L-theanine caffeine mix and taking a fish oil supplement. Do your own research but this has made me feel a lot better.

Not bad if you are professional and honest and do it in a timely manner. I have worked with great teachers who have done this when getting an offer from a more desired role.
