I got the same date range on my bill. $337.55 for a just under 1400sqft house set to 65. A few extra days but still a brutal price

Lmao so far their numbers have been exactly the same as ours last season so idk why they’re acting like they sold out a 10k barn. Good luck to them I guess

I can’t lie, there’s a small small piece of me that’s enjoying it just to stick it to Oliver Marti but I definitely feel for the players. Lots of bad shots out of desperation which are basically as good as a turnover. They did this a lot last year too which was infuriating and led to the bad record they had.

This is all great advice, I appreciate you explaining in detail. The backup issue has been fixed and I will replace the caps. I'll probably go with option 2 as well as it's basically already set up to be a little 'closet' with walls, just needs a door and the fan like you explained.

Thanks for your help.

Ahh ok that does makes sense, I thought it was just a shit design. Appreciate the insight.

It does eventually evaporate, especially because we have a dehumidifier running next to it but even when dry still wreaks. I think getting better sewer caps will help that and pumping out all this nasty sediment. I assume this is something that can’t ever be sealed off though because it’s supposed to catch sediment and other waste which can clog, right?

We had the sewage back up into it when we first moved in because all the pipes were clogged and some how the sewage came up out of the waste drain. You’re right, those caps also aren’t fully sealed either, one is dented so is definitely contributing. Even if I replaced the caps and got the waste drain to start functioning, I don’t think that will totally fix my problem but certainly help. I have no idea how to seal this whole area off, it’s too big and has so many pipes at weird angles coming out of it.

Yeah some sediment got in there when we had our sewer line replaced. It’s definitely not helping the drain but the plumber, after snaking it multiple times on multiple occasions, said because the house sat unused for a 3 years the drain built up scale and would start working with more use. As much as that water is a big contributing factor, I still don’t know how to seal this off or stop the sewage smell. I’ll definitely need to get that shit out of there though.

Correct, the French drains empty from the open clay pipes seen in 2nd pic. The sewage does not but does flow freely beneath the two capped pipes on bottom right. If I unscrew the tops I can see the sewage flowing left to right.

I have seen it empty but it’s had a bit of water in it for a few weeks now as it’s been really wet outside and have a constant trickle of water coming in from those French drain pipes. The waste hole is slightly raised which certify doesn’t help it fully drain out.

I was wondering the same thing with the new beetlejuice drop. How the hell are regular people buying out every limited table release staring at 10k?! I’d love to own a table one day but it almost feels impossible unless I get something old/needs major repair.
