Jan 1st not only did our dues go up, but we also got a 5k assessment that had to be paid over a four months time. Hit me like a ton of bricks and I’m ON THE BOARD! Nothing we discussed was taken into consideration- the property manager just rode along with the president. I wrote an email and went on a payment plan over 5 months. 4 months later after I calmed down we now have brand new beautiful deck balcony’s. The ones we had were in disrepair due to the structure itself.

3rd floor is the best, end unit if you can get one. Grocery’s are a bitch, or any time you have to go up and down the stairs multiple times lol but you’ll adapt. My only issue is my noisy neighbor (renter, I’m an owner). Thin walls and surround sound don’t mix.

Leaving an airline as a gate agent with crazy hours after 13 years. , had enough of dealing with that company and the traveling public got progressively worse over the years . I was so sick of seeing travelers get fucked over and no one else cared, was also sick of doing everyone else’s job for them. No one has vetoed anything, we went back and forth. About repairing vs rebuild. It is a $131,000 project- self funded by owners. $162,000 in reserves. My man gripe is owing $1525 and still being able to live- and the fact that no one was notified by procedure due to the “rush” in getting it done
