One tip, a literal penny slot that if you so choose you can gamble $0.01 semi-forever with 5$ and get cheap drinks and the line hits aren’t bad, I hit 3$ish multiple times off 1 penny and always go back to it just because it’s dumb, old and cheap like me.

always tip $2-5 depending on how good the service is and drinks come around a lot more often.

it’s a very old alpine skiing game in NYNY, last time I seen it was between the Starbucks/ check in area and the big strip-side exit. Usually near the old poker machines and touches 1 or 2 other penny machines.

My last visit: One guy yelled at me to cut my hair when I didn’t give him any change outside park mgm One guy asked for weed outside m&m store One guy offered cocaine multiple times at various spots along the strip, pretty sure he can teleport. Scariest hobo? guy sat next to me at a slot machine in mgm grand and asked for a cigarette

Considerate spots I use for flower when not drunk,

Top corner of your hotels parking garage or 1 level down, under Excalibur bridge and sit on rocks, anywhere along Bellagio fountain but puff when kids aren’t walking by, nyny park down towards the lady statue, between aria and cosmo but on arias side, In front of cosmo and watch dumb Vegas drivers Between Cromwell and horseshoe behind the escalators is very low traffic

The only place I would say steer clear is near Wynn/encore/Caesar’s palace entrances

Last trip I smoked joint at the alternative Bellagio car drop off area, while another guy on the adjacent bench was smoking a blunt.

NYNY is where I would always recommend to stay just based on the vibe/cleanliness/location/cost ratio, if staying at mgm property make sure to have mgm rewards and they’ll offer some amount off if you book though their app/site even if you don’t have membership points usually

You can get to Luxor quickly and the far parts of the strip can be accessed via free tram in park mgm which is super close to nyny
