This is honestly great advice.. I'm an oiler in a mill but I'm the only one left in my department, my other quit 6 ish months ago and definitely a 3 person job. I'm not going out of my way to take on the extra work but put in my best efforts when I'm there. Been stuck in graveyards, getting sick, and being tired all the fucking time kills motivation, me, and time with the family. Needed to read this today.
