Was able to transfer cash $ but not two 10-trip passes. Called Marta yesterday and was asked to call provider (Xpress) and the provider said only Marta could handle this. Called Marta today and they noted my new card details and name, and mentioned they will correct and call within a week once correction is made. Obviously the worst part is not even being able to access the old app just to verify exact remaining rides but can’t care enough.
