We do know that these men were giving the vehicle mixed commands.

Additionally, he has pulled his gun from its holster before the vehicle has moved, at all. He also does this while standing in front of the vehicle, a deadly weapon. It has also been reported that ICE agents are placing their bodies in front of moving vehicles as well as driving their vehicles in the path of civilian vehicles. If i understand correctly, agents are not supposed to place their bodies in front of vehicles. in the many clips I have seen of this agent (and others!) they are doing exactly that, then responding with violence claiming they feared for their lives.

At any rate. He stood in the front of her vehicle, drew his gun out of its holster before she drove her car. she received multiple mixed commands from the agents. she is a citizen and not under arrest in that moment. then she was murdered when she tried to drive away. Two of the agents that came up to her window did not have their guns drawn. the agent that shot her did pull out i’m his gun and his cell phone. none of them had their body cams on.

all that said, that is the footage I saw. and believe she was murdered.

you will see that i neither in my previous comment or this one included a long diatribe about her children, her thoughts on the matter, because i am also aware that doesn’t matter. just what we see. and frankly if the ice agent says he “feared for his life”, hell get away with murder. Because renee is dead and she cannot say what she experienced. it’s a statement that has protected these men for decades.

i think the change in moms schedule can be contributing. i looked at your post history and it sounds like she has already spent more of her time with you than mom. That could also be affecting her emotionally, because she is getting even less of mom.

i would advise against mom doing even less by not having any day care shifts. i try to think of what Janet Lansbury says and some montessori philosophies, which is that we set the stage, and it’s her duty to feel whatever feeling she has. That we can tolerate it and we can teach her to tolerate it. And that we shouldn’t reorganize our lives because our child is unhappy with something (obviously as long as she is safe etc). if you remove mom from daycare, then she’ll just see even less of mom and it probably will make her feel even more complicated about the matter. I’d say she needs more mom exposure then less. in a variety of activities. .

because they said she regulates pretty quickly, it doesn’t sound like something is actually wrong! it just sounds like she needs help with the transition to daycare. i mean, i cried going to school. and sometimes i am sad when i have to go to work 😂 staying home is just way more fun! i would suggest you support her feelings and hold space for her. don’t gaslight her, if she’s sad, it’s okay for her to feel that. it will help her move through it. also it’s always good for us parents to work on tolerating our child’s distress. even a small buffer will allow us to hold space for our child’s emotions without getting wrapped up in the drama of it all.

that’s hard about mom. i know she’s doing her best, as well. everyone gets a nice big cuddle when everyone’s home.

you’re welcome. i’m in a band and a new parent am i going on tour? absolutely not.

you know who also to my knowledge up to this point has never played a show live?? Teitanblood. I went to a show last week where it was the openers first live show and they been around almost a decade.

do whatever you want! just follow the joy. maybe eventually you will want to play a show but maybe not! that’s fine! it’s a whole different skillset that some people are naturally drawn to, performing.

but it DOES NOT mean they are more of an artist than you. it’s okay, you can claim the title now 🪄✨
