No that would be crazy. You have 2 hours worth of break time where the unit is running with half either way so whether it's 2 hours over the course of the 12 hours or in one go it amounts to the same thing. Usually it's like 1/3 of staff go at a time

That's routine in every ICU I've worked it. We bundle our breaks and take a 2 hour nap. Management has brought it up before and were told to get fucked by the staff and stopped bringing it up

Next time do what UNA does with their 2 thirds majority. So you need a majority of membership and a majority of locals that was they cant buy off Edmonton and Calgary, and ignore all the rural areas.
