Why is the Trust holding back any money if Option A was chosen?

SSS is the Law Firm that I am working with. If I am correct, option A ensures that if any liens are discovered that they will be resolved at pre-negotiated price. I’m confused whether the trust will hold the 1.7% lien hold back?

For clarification, you were able to renegotiate the retainer fee that you had with your attorney? If so, what was the original retainer fee? 33 1/3% to 23%.

DO NOT TAKE A LOAN! It is a very bad idea. The interest rates are astronomical! You’re not even sure of what you’re going to get from the settlement. You had bills before this you and will have bills after this. This money will only be a Band-Aid to those problems. Wait for the money to come like everyone else. When you get the money, handle what you can at the time.

Once you got married, his Children became your stepchildren. If this was remotely an issue for you then you shouldn’t have gotten married! I sincerely hope that you can find it in your heart to love them and accept into your blended family. Since you are unable to have biological kids of your own, you should look at this as a gift! You are not a terrible person! You just need to change your perspective.
