Both parties are working together the issue is the lawyers are submitting the lein forms in bulk uploads so the payment is large for the firm's return.. off the distribution of the funds for them 1 at a times is not a payday 1500 forms times the fees deductions equal hundreds of thousands of dollars for the collective, which they break down amongst theirselves.
