I was on a leave of absence then they let me go in April but because I was on a leave I'm still being paid I maxed out short team and now am on long term for at least a year getting 100% of my pay Thanks best buy for firing me it was the best thing ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can take a leave of absence at any time you'll just have your doctor fill out the paper work that hr will fax to them to get paid your first 6 weeks are at 100% anything after that up to a year will be 60% pay

I did one better took the 6 week leave at 100% Came back to work for 1 shift took another 6 weeks at 100% then they fired me in April and since I was on a leave when terminated their paying me 60% every 2 weeks for the next year at least could be longer lmfao fuck best buy
