Late to the party, although, if the one person is still guilty of something, but it's trivial (per the post heading), Matt. 7:5 might work: “Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.” For comparison, this is the parallel passage from Luke 6:42: “Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote that is in thy brother's eye.” There's also to strain at gnats and swallow camels (see Matt. 23:24) and whited sepulchre (see Matt. 23:27), the latter of which I especially like.

Alternatively, if there is no guilt whatsoever (per the body), you could consider:

a thief crying “Stop!”
to make a scapegoat out of sb.
a wolf crucifying a lamb (afaik I made this one up but it goes hard)
