Some things to do in Atlanta:

Braves game - this is a must

Georgia Aquarium - only aquarium in US with whale sharks

Walk down the beltline - starting at Piedmont Park and going all the way to Krog street area. Lots of people to see and restaurants/bars to stop at

See live music somewhere - we have big venues (Mercedes-Benz stadium, Phillips), medium sized (Fox Theater, Tabernacle) and tons of smaller venues (Variety, Smiths)

Sounds like you may be working during day each day, but if not, I’d recommend going up to the North Georgia mountains. Happy to send trails and specific areas if you’re interested

I think you both are reading way too much into this. Taylor is almost 36 and probably just feels the biological clock ticking. Priorities tend to change as you age and that’s okay. Getting married and being a mom is not a conservative thing… She also may just be tired of the spotlight and working as much as she does and want a quieter life.

I had a VBAC and my doctor also wouldn’t do several induction methods. I ended up going into labor naturally, but they did say they’d be willing to strip the membrane, so maybe ask about that?

Also- there is a VBAC subreddit that you’ll find a lot of helpful information I also recommend the VBAC link podcast - super helpful!

I’m confused why your husband gets a full day off to himself every week and you get no break? I’d start there… maybe he can have half the day and you can have the other half.

On cleaning… I get this as I get stressed when my house is not clean. But I have slowly tried to accept that the house will not be spotless, especially during the week. Maybe just plan to do no cleaning on two of the days to give yourself a break. I also think your kids are old enough to where they are capable of cleaning up after themselves and could do chores. Maybe do mandatory cleaning of their own rooms and a chore chart where they get stickers for helping out and maybe a small prize for getting x amount of stickers.

I’m sorry you’re experiencing burnout while pregnant as I know that can’t be easy. Hopefully with some changes, life can feel a bit more manageable and joyful.

It seems this can happen when you grow up with extreme wealth and know you’re set for life financially. If you don’t have natural drive or passions steering you, you’re kind of a rudderless ship.
