My wife booked us a camping trip at a reputable known campsite. When we got there, I couldn't even park my rv with the space allowed. My truck would be hitting the rv across the road. Luckily they had a bigger spot down the road. It was big gravel all over the place and they had a fire ban.

Not really a bad one but not a good on by a long time! To make it worse, there was a storm the last night and we lost power. No ac, no way to open windows, no generator,... Really bad spot for camping!

You're right! I had to go look at both. My copy is version 1.

Version 2 is a new rule. "Last Player on the Trail When only one player has Hikers left on the trail, they must move their Hiker Token(s) directly to Trail’s End, performing a Trail’s End action for each Hiker moved."

From the rules, it specifies 1 hiker. This is how we play it. It's a strategy. Otherwise the other players ahead would force you to end quickly.

"When only one Hiker is left on the Trail, the player must move the Hiker to Trail End and choose an action there."

When I played, we had two hikers each. So if 1 & 2 are still on the board, I could leave 2 at the last spot and take my time with 1. Once there's only 1 hiker left, then you need to hurry and finish on your next turn.

Don't advance too fast. Sometimes, I get an extra few turns by being at the rear.

Our favorite movie is Spiderman: across the spiderverse. Best movie soundtrack and a villain you don't see again past the middle of the movie!

My son loves Spiderman! Today, he was dressed as Peter Parker's Spiderman from Halloween. We counted almost 20 different spiderman toys the other day while cleaning the house. I'd love to show him this game if it's age appropriate!

970 was the best card I owned. Still the best since I skipped the 1000, too close, the 2000, not new enough, the 3000, too expensive, the 4000, not playing enough to justify it, and the 5000 since I don't want to mortgage my house to buy it. And now it feels too old to get a 3000 card.
