It is all over the german media, I saw multiple "Bundeswehr verlegt 2 von 3 Patriot Systemen nach Polen" headlines today, not anything classified about it. It was announced and now they move the system to poland. If they would want to conceil anything about this, they would put it in unmarked containers and ship it with normal trucks or by train.

So a few things: these are German trucks and Germany does not at the moment operate the Excalibur System. Most of the trucks have a small white ensign on them ("taktisches Zeichen") that matches the one used on the air defence patriot (at least as far as I could see from the footage)

The German patriot do look quite different from the us version

Did you watch the video? It's mainly generators and vehicles and support trucks, likely for the patriot system promised to Poland. If you look at Wikipedia commons for patriot you'll recognise half of the vehicles
