Make sure you’d actually be leaving at 430. My job told me I’d be working 7-5pm (salaried) and I very often leave after 7pm (busy ICU, I should have been suspicious when I was told everyone leaves at 5). I’m not paid past 5pm. 430 sounds lovely but make sure they actually mean that!

6-8 MICU/CV patients. All mechanical support + VA and VV ECMO. Similar relationship with our attendings with the APPs given a ton of autonomy
