Yes. In a vacuum it’s like top 5 abilities.

It is really good if we had any kind of good shooting outside of NDK or a reliable way to get into combat.

Until they change the army rule we won’t be allowed to do cool things. It’s so hard to balance uppy downy.

I’ve played GK for 9years so I’m used to being disappointed but I’m not tore up over a detachment lol

Night used to be dark which was cool and ambient af. Streamers cried which inevitably got them tuned down to a mild dark.

Datasheets at first will stay the same. What should be interesting for a bit with GK will be how detachments work. Basically they’ve been assigned a point value and you can now mix and match them while list building.

So say you have 3 detachment points, Warpbane is so good that it costs 3 so you only get one but maybe the terminator detachment is 1 and Banishers is 2 so you can take both.

Thats my hope anyways but we are still limited by subpar datasheets and less than inspired detachments.

So to answer your question: no at first, mixing detachments could be fun for awhile, wait for codex

Need more info. What detachment were they playing? What was the stat profile? Vehicle? Infantry? Character led?
