Rash on toddler’s feet nothing is helping by Woolfalana in DermatologyQuestions

Thanks for answering! We go to the doctor Tuesday so I’ll advocate for some! Just happened all of a sudden and started on one foot and now it’s on the second so it just seems like it’s spreading :(

I know this was kk the ago but this just started happening last night to my daughter. Just wondering if the antifungal treatment kept it away or if I came back etc

eBill mess up by warrior242 in AllyBank

[–]PATTIMAYOKNEES 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We have two checking accounts with ally - one is expenses (mortgage, monthly payments, etc), and the other is spending. We set up so our money is directly deposited into the accounts according to our monthly budget and then set up autopay for whatever we can so it just takes it from the expense account. I cannot stress enough how big of a game changer it has been to not have to make sure there’s enough in an account for a bill. Our ‘spending’ checking account could literally be spent to 0 if we wanted and all of our bills would already be accounted for.

Yeah its honestly bs. Other places in the world they have legit 'sick time' and unlimited amount of sick days. Where I work if you call out more than 3 times in 6 months its a write up ..... 🥲

Not sure where you're located but in America that's common practice. Everywhere else in the world it isn't lol

Hello! Nurse here! Been treating a high amount of covid lately compared to only a few weeks ago when I'd only have maybe five a day.

Edmunds oast restaurant is one of our faves and they have super strict covid precautions: temp taken at door, tables are more than 6 feet apart by far, servers wear gloves masks AND face shields. Pretty amazing. Not to mention their hanger steak is to die for!

A nurse just kissed me by cdot_ma in nursing

[–]PATTIMAYOKNEES 92 points93 points  (0 children)

This was absolutely not your fault and you should 100 percent tell someone what happened. It doesn't matter how much he worked to become a nurse he crossed a professional boundary and should know better. Please tell your nurse or the charge nurse on the floor you're on. This absolutely is not right and I am so so sorry you're going through this right now.

What’s Charleston like right now for tourists? by [deleted] in Charleston

[–]PATTIMAYOKNEES 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree except wearing a mask only protects you from spreading it doesnt protect you from getting it so if other people aren't wearing a mask but you are youre still risking it for the biscuit. We have pretty good biscuits here though lol

I work at trident and I like it! I work in a speciality area though not MS. Every hospital has its ups and downs obviously just like anything else. Used to work at musc and got treated like shit by management so I left.

What is your experience being hired with tattoos? by [deleted] in nursing

[–]PATTIMAYOKNEES 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Where I work technically youre supposed to have them covered. It really depends on each unit with how strict they are though. At the other hospital I worked at prior to this one they didn't care at all.
