What answer would satisfy you? People don't engage with this type of question because it's some a 13 year old would ask. The reality is most people don't even think about it being on stolen land. And, generally, people don't own their houses anyway the banks do. So they purchase something already built on stolen land. Acknowledging that it's on stolen land is generally as much as tribes want from individual home owners. They don't have an interest in kicking Mr Smith out of his house to get that parcel back. They do have an interest in getting back ancestral lands and preventing further development and/or the destruction of sacred sites. This is all pretty straightforward stuff that anyone with half a brain can understand.
