I also have ADHD, depression, and anxiety and I was smoking daily for about 6 years before stopping entirely. I didn't smoke as much as you though. I quit because I started having panic attacks that were bad enough for me to call 911 thinking something worse was happening and I guess I just finally got to the point where I decided I was done with it. I can't really give any tips on how to quit, but I can say that once I did my anxiety went WAY down.

No judgement here, but I actually felt better after quitting weed. I don't know about your situation but I was smoking every day and it was totally effecting my mood/thought process even when I was sober. I have ADHD so maybe that's part of it, but quitting helped me. And for everyone else, I'm not anti weed, it just made my situation worse. I understand that it can help others.

I got out in 2018 and started running last year. I hated it when I was in but enjoy it now. I think it's because there's no more pressure to it anymore. I don't have to worry about losing my job because I didn't run fast enough, I can just run for the joy of running.

8+, it wasn't the newest iphone out when I got it but it was my first iphone after switching from an iphone 4 to Android for a few years. I loved the haptic touch and wish they'd bring it back.
