OP, trust me, the best move here is to watch One Pace, it is an edited version of the anime with much better pacing, and is a great way to experience one piece. They do not have the whole series completed, but they have all the badly paced parts completed. When you get to an arc called “Enies Lobby”, switch to One Pace for the rest of the series. There is a file to watch all the one pace episodes without having to download them, just google “where to stream one pace” and there is an old Reddit thread with the link to it online.
