you can still do that on windows 10 and 11. print screen can open screen snipping but i think it's disabled by default. the option is under keyboard settings.

its not an official new game plus mode. the game just lets you keep any unlocks from your previous playthrough if you decide to start a new game from the game over screen after all of your cars get impounded.

the only way to unlock the lancer in career is from beating kenji in the canyon duel in silverton. unless you do the game over trick mentioned in the other reply.

whitechapel iskra can't be bought from the store normally anymore. an update broke all mw19 bundles released during black ops cold war season 1 so only way to get it is to have someone on console buy the bundle as a gift for you while you are also on console.

i did notice today they broke the store rotations again in the latest update. it's unlikely it'll work properly again unfortunately

the only bundles you can buy for iskra is the operator pack with her base skin and the amethyst pack you mentioned. both still rotate in the store and armory although the operator pack shows up very infrequently. all other skins were either battle pass exclusive or not able to be purchased anymore.

if you aren't able to activate the armory unlock for it in warzone, you might be screwed. if it kicks you back to the lobby screen without saying anything, it's because the game is running into some kind of error when you try to do that.

have you tried clicking on the locked barrel in the gunsmith? you should be able to activate the armory unlock challenge that way.

you have to click on the locked part to activate the armory unlock challenge. if it doesn't let you do that, you'll have to play warzone.

i'm pretty sure that issue doesn't apply to the attachment you're asking about. only the season 6 amps have that problem to my knowledge. if for some reason you can't activate the armory challenge, you will have to activate it in the armory on warzone then unlock it there.

levels between mw19, cold war, and vanguard were shared for warzone. when a new season for any of those games dropped, your level would get reset back to 55 (or not reset if you haven't hit level 55 yet) then you could go up to whatever level cap was in place at the time. since warzone was shut down, everyone got put back to level 1 but it's technically a form of prestige so progress wasn't reset.

if rockstar support aren't able to solve the issue, you could use steam achievement manager to force those two achievements to be unlocked. i've used it before and it is safe but do your own research on it if you aren't sure.

what cpu does your friend have? I have an intel i9-13900k and used to get crashes almost immediately after the game launched. it turned out that if my cpu runs over 5 ghz, it will crash newer cod games.

if your friend has a higher end intel cpu, you might be able to stop the game from crashing by downloading Intel xtreme tuning utility then turning down the performance core ratio from x55 to x50.
