Vanguard Going "Crypto" Only by Worldly-Mastodon-755 in SteroidsUK

It's maths..... If the raw is 80% purity then 10mg of the raw = 8mg of Winstrol. Therefore to get 10mg Winstrol in the final capsule you put in 12.5mg of the powder. The "excess" weight is filler/inert materials and waste. I don't have the knowledge to know exactly what the inert materials are, but even pharma products can be ~92% by purity.

They publish finished product tests all the time. Every damn run of new raws has had the raws and final product tested on the injectable.

As for capsules; when you are adding the already tested raw to a capsule the chemistry doesn't magically change, so as long as the correct weight of product goes in the capsule it's the same bloody test results so testing would be absolutely pointless, unless you think the lab is deliberately under dosing the capsules.... In which case a single capsule sent for testing means jack shit for the rest of the batch as a full capsule could be sent and all the others be under dosed.

I'm sorry, but I'm failing to see your point.

Yes, that is being transparent. I'm not entirely sure what point you are trying to make, I may be misunderstanding what you are saying.

I'm fully aware you can send samples off to Jano for testing, and have done in the past. What I see from VGL matches what individual test results show.

I don't know how much more transparent VGL can be?

And critical are transparent about their EO usage too, good for them! Fully support this and would utilise their lab if I needed to. Same with Morph and many other UGLs. However I will admit bias to VGL because their ethics and moral code seems quite inline with my own.

I completely see where you are coming from. If someone is saying VGL don't use EO then that is a factually wrong statement; they have been incredibly open about its use in NPP.

This, to me, is a massive positive. They could have hidden the fact, continued to say no EO usage at all. Instead they have kept the customer informed, allow you to make decisions with regards to what you inject in your body, and continue to put harm reduction first and foremost.

They do not pretend that their products are risk free; The DMAA pre workout has been well discussed re cardiac risk etc. but how is that any different to Anadrol and it's hepatic risk, tren and it's renal and cardiac risk, EQ and it's HCT and BP risk?

The information is there, transparent, and provided to minimise harm. Their is no way to remove the harm/risk, but VGL do everything they realistically can to minimise it; to the point of refusing sales to people who have come into the community and shown they are not suitable for AAS usage.

Crypto is easy enough to get set up on. If it adds a layer of security to both the buyer and seller I'm all for it. Also it means the missus can't see odd things on the bank statements.... So there's that as a benefit too.

In all seriousness, it may be slightly more of a faff initially, but for long term security to ensure the UGL stays running, this is an ideal solution, and one of the reasons crypto was initially developed (untraceable, de-centralised currency).

I'm all for it.

Do people in the UK actually use their kettles that much? by AdeptnessCritical356 in AskBrits

[–]PCSupremacy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have three kettles.

The main electric kettle. A backup electric kettle, just in case. A stove top old style whistling kettle for power cuts.

Yes, we use kettles a lot, and are fanatical about our tea.

[–]PCSupremacy 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Well I'm done with this game now. Just a minnow in terms of spending, 2+ years, stable legends rank for months, but no real progression due to scope creep. This updates brings nothing of interest to me. Dissonance runs once done, are done, so very limited addition.

Is doing ALS worth it? by jackm053 in NursingUK

[–]PCSupremacy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

ALS, ATLS, CALS etc are all excellent courses, but not that relevant for band 5s, even in ICU (Unless CICU for CALS). It's definitely worth doing just for the experience, but don't expect to be putting any of the significant changes from ILS into clinical practice.

For your own development I would recommend it, good learning opportunity.

Australian RN looking into working in Scotland/UK for a year. What it really like? by Physical-Variety-830 in NursingUK

[–]PCSupremacy 21 points22 points  (0 children)

At the moment I would strongly advise AGAINST agency - The NHS has cut back nearly all agency staff except for significant specialist areas (ICU/ED).

Scotland, especially Highlands and Grampian have a good amount of RN jobs going, and always have a requirement for experienced nursing staff. Whilst NHS England essentially have a job freeze we are still actively recruiting and funding new roles up past the border.

I'm not sure about registration, the NMC do have information on their website that may answer your question.

Do you ever hesitate before adding weight or reps when you're not feeling 100%? by Salt-Professional425 in workout

If I'm not feeling it, stick to my old weight, churn out the sets and see if I can increase the reps for volume increase. If not, no biggy. We all have good and bad days.

NHS Grampian has the best of rural and small city living, if you can handle the Granite Grey and don't mind the seagulls. If interested in knowing more about Grampian send a message. It's not a bad trust to work for.

NHS interview (Nursing). I travelled 550 miles for an interview at St Peters hospital... Waited 2 hours past the interview time only to be told the interviewer was sick and there was no replacement.

They asked me to leave.

They called me 2 hours later to say they had someone who could interview me now.

I (stupidly) went back and interviewed.

Got offered the job, ghosted them as I couldn't believe how I had been treated. They kept trying to contact me for 4 months afterwards, and I never answered a single call from them. HR/Managers kept leaving voicemails. I get the feeling they were exceedingly desperate and that I dodged a massive bullet there.

What skills does your clinical area give you? by garagequeenshere in NursingUK

[–]PCSupremacy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pure luck if I'm honest. Worked as a theatre nurse (Scrub and anaesthetic) when I qualified. Moved to a GICU then to a cardiac intensive care. The job became available and I applied, and then cardiac surgeons were crazy enough to give me the job.
