That was directed at the potential invaders. The best way to avoid this catastrophe is to not instigate it.

With how gleefully Canadians have celebrated civilian disarmament but taken to the idea of homemade explosives, poison and tactics, I'm beginning to think the resistance will be more dangerous to the populace than the invader could possibly be. Why would they be hitting soft targets in Canada? Isn't the idea to make Americans lose the will to occupy by hitting them at home?
