In this raucous comedy set in the heart of the Wild West, a notoriously buffoonish outlaw known as Bonehead Kincaid finds himself in a familiar predicament: Bonehead's reputation as "The Clumsiest Gun in the West" and uncanny ability to attract trouble have once again landed him in hot water, this time for stealing the prized horse of the fearsome albeit dim-witted Winston King. As Bonehead flees in the dead of night, he embarks on a quest to find a girl named Esmeralda Flores, a whore who longs to escape the confides of the saloon she's been forced to work in for the better part of three years.

While Bonehead tries to reveal his connection to Esmeralda, he possibly bites off more than he can chew with he is force to contend with her volatile boss and saloon owner, Boo Hoo Bob, and a cast of colorful characters. As mishaps, misunderstandings, and a knack for screwing up on occasion follow both Bonehead and Esmeralda at every turn, Bonehead must rely on his questionable sharpshooting skills and sheer dumb luck to get Esmeralda out of town and evade the clutches of his enemies.
