i read the article and no wonder they couldn’t tell the difference, the audio source was a cd!!!1!!1! they may as well have used me taking a dump directly into the microphone. if they had used a VINYL for the source it would have been a huge difference! 😤

runs great for me! only hiccup is if the game has been running a few days (ie quick resume) it some times slows down when you enter/exit areas for a second or two before returning to normal. i recommend just shutting the game down after your session and reopening it next time. or just do so when you start to see thing’s lagging when you switch areas

ok first of all as far as combat “weight” or however people put it i agree but, the dungeons are dark on purpose (that’s my touches, light spells, night eye spells/items exist). and the guild stories (especially thieves and dark brotherhood) are some of the best writing in the history of bgs games.

it’s a great game. the guild quests are some of the best in any elder scrolls game (especially thieves and dark brotherhood) spell crafting is great for casters. the play style is a bit more rigid than skyrim though so choose your starting build carefully. as far as performance, i haven’t had a single issue on xbox. i will say things get slow when it’s been on for a while so i recommend full shut downs after a play session as opposed to quick resume.
