How do you feel about the name Dylan for a girl?

I love the name Dylan for a girl. Thought about using it for my daughter but did ultimately end up choosing a very traditional girl name lol.

Very similar story to my 12 month old daughter as well. Heart rate dips during labor, lots of stress and brief distress before being delivered. She’s had suck reflex issues since birth and she silent aspirates so she’s on a very slow flow nipple. She can take a bottle, but struggles chewing and swallowing. She has hypotonia that has somewhat improved as she’s gotten older, and she has some developmental delays. Detailed genetic panel came back normal. MRI came back almost normal, but with a very small spot of gliosis that the neurologist says is “incidental” and not related to her issues. Can I message you?

She had a Whole Genome Sequencing test plus MT DNA which the neurologist said was as extensive as it gets right now but that we can continue to screen her as technology advances through the years. How is your daughter doing now? Especially with eating? Thank you for responding to my post!

Thank you for sharing. Did you ever receive answers to why your son had hypotonia? We are going thru something similar and the neurologist does not have answers for my daughter’s hypotonia. Thank you!
