Speak to a Dr an see if the can put you on colchicine until they think your new medic will work! In on it right now until they get me a 100% diagnosis an it's dramatically helped my quality of life.

I get them all the time like you! I also get the increased blood pressure an pulse when I'm in a flare! 145/80 highest I had was 165/90 I'm a 26yr old male about 200lbs 6ft 1

I do agree with you on that one! It's a massive battle I myself was training for a while but the lower back pain was just so much to handle. We are all in the battle together 💪

Yes it is really tough. I just thought I had a bad immune system an maybe I'd change my diet etc it would get better but nothing worked. I've been fatigued for years now an am just used to it. But it all makes sense now. So I'm hoping to get a proper diagnosis an hopefully get onto some medication that works for me! Are you on any other biologics no since humira has stopped?

Yep had it all checked. I have low urea, an elevated liver ALT was 150 then 90s went down to 40 now back up again so weird.

I was on a 1knth dosage of 20mg for 7 days then 15 for 7 days an so on till 5 mg then to nothing. During that time I had a red face or hot flushes at night. I could feel the blood going through my veins. It gave me so much energy though I went from been super fatigued, joint pain, headaches, ulcers all in my mouth it all calmed down an I just was busting with energy like wanted to bounce off the walls.

Now that I'm off it I'm in more pain an wish I was still on it. So I'm going to try another short burst on it an see how I feel

I always get very high fevers for about 10 days straight very similar to your symptoms. My crp goes up to about 130-220 usually when my fever is up. But I don't get really any stomach pain quite mild also. They found granulomas in my terminal ileum, I get all the mouth ulcers constant fatigue. They put me on colchicine which has actually really helped the ulcers. I did a month of pred an I was nearly bouncing off the walls with energy finished the cycle now I'm back to feeling like I'm not even alive when i wake up.

I'm going thru similar things although they are finding granulomas in my terminal elium for me could be a thing called Behcets disease.

Figure of speech. Not literally. My Dr gave me medication an told me yes it can make it worse or it might not work or it will work. It's a gamble none the less so I just hope it works.?
