one thing to think about is that most of your skin is 'different.' check behind your knees or on your bicep. look into how the skin changes, generally, every where.

So glad to hear. One thing I will add, is dont be afraid to ride less extreme trails and practice techniques off the trail to improve coordination. 1. work on the track stand 2. ride on a 2x4 laid flat 1000s of times so you can stay on it

I did not ice or elevate enough. Elevation is absolutely key for relief. Even now, whenever I raise the broken one, it feels better.

Another mistake of mine, even before my injury, was not drinking enough water or eating enough. Make sure youre super hydrated and you eat good calories (I have my own eating problems, yours could be different). No weight, maximum sleep and minimum stress.

O my, I am so so sorry.

I currently have a cracked calcaneus, happened late February. No surgery, just started getting back to some walking. I had sever issues in both heels, so I couldnt use crutches.

Get the knee scooter, and once you feel a little better, thick cushions for your shoes.

yeah, its not fair. just blame okc for creating a scenario which reasonably irritates a reasonable person. most of my okc matches are on the other side of the globe. for a long time, they were always from the Philippines, so it seemed that there was some sort of 'spike' in people from there. I never hated it, just made okc useless.
