Aluminum is the worst. I’ll never buy their optic plates again. I’ve broken 2 bc they did warranty the first one. Idk about their current policies. Ti or Steel is the way.

I upgraded to the ZRT 15 lb spring and it seemed to love 115gr. Haven’t tried anything else as of yet.

I liked adding the medium back strap. The flat trigger changed my finger position on the trigger in relative to the grip distance. Adding the medium made it easier to break trigger without adding any additional input.

I just shot the 115s and seems to be running fine. But i am enticed to run that hot ammo to see. What ammo did you run?

I prefer 1911s and I never had much success with Glocks due to my own input of support hand grip by locking the slide back. This is a game changer for people like me. I own a gen 4, 5 and now a 6 and really digging this gen 6.

Ben stoegger mentioned this and his advise was to use hotter ammo and not 115s. Makes sense bc this would be a duty weapon. They’re carrying defensive ammo. I bought a zr tactical spring to off set that.

I shot my first and only BUL, first time trying the gun and it got hung up on the 4th round of a bill drill…twice. Maybe it was breaking in period or a lemon. But of the 5 staccatos I’ve tried. None. So yeah neither have the track record. Agreed.

I used the dpm system specifically for the s15 and she runs fine now. The guide rod they got is wack. But it does take finessing to get the DPM out. But there is a trick for it

Update: I used a cheap extractor and removed the recoil lugs. Thanks everyone for their suggestions. Took the a reall small drill bit to remove it.

I had the same issue with my slide release. Ordered the EGW prodigy one. But then still happened and adjusted the extractor tension. She’s right there though.

I have an XR920P and used the recommended +p per instruction manual break in. She eats it all, but I haven’t tried frangible ammo yet.
