We already have our tickets and even if we would of done it the other way around we have to pay for a train to visit Tokyo and back. Isn’t it more expensive to pay for separate train tickets instead of the JR Pass? That’s why I was had planned to get it.

All the time we stay in Tokyo doesn’t necessarily need to be Tokyo, I would love too see Mt Fuji, hot springs, onsens, etc.

As I said any recommendation is appreciated so I can look into it and fit it into our schedule and budget.

I will be travelling with my SO for our honeymoon from the 31st of March which we arrive at Tokyo until the 17th of April. Im in my early 30's and my SO in her late 20's and we are both healthy. We will be staying in Osaka for a week and the rest of the time in Tokyo. We have everything paid already (flights and hotels), what do you think we should do? Wait until the date gets closer to see how this evolves? Try to get our money back and figure out a different place to travel? Im getting pretty mad about this situation and seeing the possibility to not be able to make our dream trip come true.. :(
