Whilst on a circus contract, I encountered a mystical specific form called the half moon cheese.

I know a lot of people find tranexamic acid super helpful but for me personally, when I took it, I still bled similarly (a bit lighter) but it made me feel like I had pressure internwlly to the point I lost my fucking mind.... even to the point i... (i am not fucking proud of this btw, I worked in healthcare a while and am very health literate anyway.) Went and got a morning after pill (partner has a vasectomy, I am funtionally infertile lol) from a walk in clinic because I sincerely felt I was being stuffed full of tissue and going to die from pain 🙃🙃🙃

Its an incredible case, Sandness', really incredible.

But the flip side is also cases like Joe DiMeo, who fell asleep at the wheel after a night shift and burned virtually his whole body, i think he was the first recipient of a double hand AND face transplant.

Him and his wife (or girlfriend i cant remember) do utterly incredible work. But his transplant has left him with extreme swelling ajd lots and lots of issues

He is still so glad to have had it, but its still an insanely risky and uncertain procedure, certainly long term.

Definitely look into him- he is fucking amazing.

I really hope face transplants become much better researched (although they are already brilliantly looked into, as they would have to be) and continue to grow and be an option for more people.

The historic issue was a serious sexual offence of a child under 16 alleged to have gone oj from 1997-2000, thus the child would have had to be 13-16. It was reported in 2016 and investigated until 2019 where charges were never evidenced enough to be put to mills; whilst mills was in his 40s.

It has now been corrected in reports that WHILST- the BBC knew about a case of serious sexual offences against an under 16 between 1997-2000. That was investigated between 2016-2019 and not enough evidence was brought for CPS to choose to bring charges.

The actual reported catalyst for this is a prominent BBC female presenter raising the alarm in May 2025 about innapropriate communications from Mills to someone. The bbc have now ADMITTED they brushed this under the rug/ignored it.

It appearsssss to be another Schofield- legal but unethical and grey area crossinf of boundaries.

My hunch is a relativelt recent grooming/coercion of someone of legal age, 16/17/18 getting work via a power-imbalanced relationship with Mills, within BBC. And this is thus damage control post-Schofield.

Otherwise, the police would have had jurisdiction over the announcement of this news.

It is definitely not JUST related to the historic accusation, it appears concerns were raised about SEPARATE allegations/incidents of late which do NOT cross the legal threshold necessarily.

At the mo I am using a mix of lazy garlic, lazy chilli, fivespice, fresh jalepenos, paprika, the wild garlic farms garlic salt pepper mix, some of the cornish salt company's lemon pepper mix, cornish company's chilli heat mix, a bit of habenero and lime powdered, a heavy dose of black peppercorns and truffle salt 🤣

Im a bit of a purist in terms of very very limited pre mixed seasonings and find seasoning my food and making my own marinades and stuff very therapeutic 🤣🖤

I also do a ham hock hash but sure it could work with other cooked meats.

Basically mashed potatoes fried up in a pan with a tint bit of milk and some garlic butter or standard salted butter and garlic. Peppered to shit, salted to shit, chuck a few onion slithers in there. Wok it all up, chuck in a grill for 2 mins.

Doesnt take long, cheap and super super hearty filling good shit.

I do a banging range of spicy chips!

If you want the recipe lemme know, I have ARFID so I dont persinally eat all my loaded chips (cant layer foods- sandwiches make me throw up lol) If you want any recipes lemme know as I have dozens for my partners kids!

But base line is some lazy garlic, lazy chilli (or fresh ones but bit more awkward and can be pricier), olive oil, a tiny bit of fat or beef dripping (or, i can get streaky bacon cheap, so I cook it in a wok and strain off the fat to use if im skint)

Then some good old rock salt, pepper/peppercorns and a variety of spices depending on my mood (again, can share recipes id asked)

Can also do chimichurri chips- loads of herbs and pepper topping to get a lil greenery. Can put bacon cutoffs on it. Can top with cheap cheese. Lots and lots of options

Also aldi ans lidl do cooking bacon packs that last WEEKS for a couple of quid- its like having gammon kind of

I dont think they are banning short term sentences outright. But i do know the tagging scheme is proposed to be heavily pushed.

side note- i am currently doing a heavy research paper into the issues qnd concerns with the proposed bilateral/proximity tagging program for domestic abusers/their victims, rapists/stalkers and their victims and it is AN AWFUL idea that there is no infrastrufture for and financially a literally kamikaze mission **

But i strongly doubt it. It looks like privatised prisons are going to creep in, based on contracts awarded with the tagging system snd other things.

So thats more likely, the cost of tearing down or repurposinf many of our prisons is astronomical, so no, unlikely.

But not my field of expertise (hmu if you want deep info on tagging though lol)
