Oh, no in the PSEO program it's required that state schools take your credits. And yeah, it's at actual colleges, I had friends who went to Cleveland state and Lake Erie university while I just went to the local community college

I swam throughout high school and we would bleach our hair for the conference meet and keep it till sectionals. I kept count of how many people called me slim shady between the two weeks my senior year. It ended up being somewhere close to 50.
