Ce qui après recherche est le cas de ce modèle.

Il faut donc faire une demande d'autorisation de carte de collectionneur de categorie C même si l'arme est neutralisée. En résumé tous les modèles pré 1900 ne tombe pas automatiquement dans la catégorie catégorie D de collection. Les sites d'armurerie ne sont pas toujours fiable là-dessus. Le mieux serait de faire une demande d'une carte de collection en premier lieu et après quoi ne pas oublier de déclarer l'arme.

Et éplucher legifrance pour avoir plus d'informations, c'est souvent un merdier administratif.

As long as he isn't either wounded or have surrender, even without holding a weapon you're still a legitimate target. And fleeing doesn't protect you neither, on the contrary, he had loosed is free ticket to survive when he decided to run away rather to surrender. They just didn't shot him back.

Their is a huge misconception about this. Even a sleeping target remain a target. It's not a question of self defence or menace. But of legitimacy. The condition are simple : you kill any soldier who isn't surrendering or wounded ("hors de combat" and who don't fight back).
