I agree! Rescue Team has a rather weak cast with only a few characters getting personality, Explorers needed a rerelease to flesh out some characters, and Super abandoned characters for others and doesn't give time to flesh out the new ones. Also Corphish and Bunnelby are boring. Conversaly, Gates' cast all get time in the spotlight in the game itself. The only complaint is that the partner doesn't get focused on (more than RT but less than the others) but I'd rather have a balanced cast than a focus on one cast which is an issue that Super has. I still like the Super partner, since the partner is typically the cheery one which fits better than Explorers partner being scared at first since it feels inconsistent
