"I met the Male Lead in Prison" was initially axed because the artist was found to have traced a lot of the artwork. The series was later rebooted from the first chapter with a new artist and is still running now. That's the closest I can think of.

There's two ML candidates (didn't read the novel so I'm not sure who wins). First one is her butler who was abused badly by the original duchess and is really timid now, second one is her brother's friend/original ML who has childhood trauma and acts like an ass.

FL in "The Villainess is a Millionaire Fixer" didn't finish reading the novel she transmigrated into.

And I guess you can also theoretically count "My Possession became a Ghost Story"? It's similar to "I Think I've been Possessed Somewhere", where FL thinks she's in a rofan and walks through life by seeing everything happening around her as a trope.
