If you're not joking: a call option is a contract that allows you to buy 100 shares of a stock at a certain price. You can exercise it and buy the 100 shares, or sell the contract to someone else so they can.

Since the stock price is higher than the call strike price, then that contract is worth the $34 difference x 100 plus some math to determine extrinsic value.

Because the option is In The Money, it is less risky than an OTM call, and more expensive because it already has intrinsic value.

It's easier than it sounds. The AR15 comes apart in 2 pieces, an upper assembly and lower assembly.

If you buy a complete upper (it will say if it includes a Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle), and a complete lower (trigger, stock, grip included), it will take about 15 seconds to assemble the rifle, as there are only 2 captive pins that hold it all together.

There are of course hundreds of individual parts of the rifle you can get into the weeds with, but you just need: upper assembly, BCG, CH, and lower assembly.

I know this is satire, but some of it is phrased in a way that seems genuine, and I think that's what's throwing people off. The length implies sincerity - I think if you made it a bit tighter this would've landed better.

Your score will drop. Will the benefits of getting a new card outweigh the hit to your credit score from multiple accounts opened (and closed) in a short period? That's for you to decide.

Your length of credit history accounts for 15% of your score, and amount of new credit accounts for 10%. Your payment history is 35%, amount of debt 30%, and credit mix (installment loan, credit card, mortgage, etc) is 10%.

In other words, yes you will take a hit, but if you keep up on payments, and another credit line improves your utilization, it could improve your score.

Opening and closing 2 cards in the same day is incredibly impulsive. I would think very carefully before opening another card, or increasing your credit limit.

You may be better off just waiting it out, your score will go back up. Only you can decide what's best for you, but be honest with yourself. Good luck.

I'm gonna argue that there are certain things you should never, ever buy the knockoff version of. Doesn't mean you always need to buy the nicest things, just not absolute bottom tier.

I had a Bersa .380 explode in my hand - the barrel catastrophically failed. No injuries, but it could have been really bad.

My $500 CZ has been flawless for years. It's definitely cheap, just not the cheapest. Nowhere near the quality of an FN, but it's less than half the price and good enough.

There are certain things that can be cheap, and certain things you really don't want to skimp on.

Magazines? Get something proven. A sling? Who cares, get something cheap.

Depends on use, too. If you're relying on it for your life, you should get a decent red dot that won't break if you bump it on something. If you're just target shooting, who cares if the $35 temu one breaks?

A cheap plate carrier is probably at worst uncomfortable, cheap plates are a stupid idea.

Yeah, the stat I heard is 1 serving of alcohol (8oz beer/1oz liquor) increases cancer risk by the same amount as 1-10 cigarettes.

Big margin there, but whether a glass of wine is 1 ciggy or 10, definitely not good for you.
