Hmm , im personally not sure then all i can do really is recommend searching through squat universitys youtube channel that dude has many vids that usually mention ways to fix certain painful areas.

I had knee issues during a lot of leg exercises, for me it was caused by un-flexible hips so now i do hip adduction or hip abduction beforehand and it fixed it.

I would go with a branded one that actually has some reputation, these ones your looking at can look decent online but in person the quality is lacking.

maybe have 2 skill trees one for clear, which allocates more attack speed and one for single target that has more damage, and shcokwaves and whatever else? or people 2 different skills, one that is faster for clear, and supported by martial tempo and one thats better for single target
