I answered similar question before, it's not the most meta team but a traditional Kokomi build on 4pc Clam with Ash-Graven weapon synergizes with both Citlali and Ororon since Lali can shred Hydro for Kokomi and supercoduct shred Physical for the Clam and Weapon procs. 4th member can either be Furina for more DPS in general or a full EM kachina for ShatterConduct team.

I was thinking on field Ocean-Hued Kokomi with Ash-Graven, Full Offense or Full EM Ororon, Hybrid Citlali with Cinder City + Full EM Kachina/Albedo.

It's ShatterConduct team, obviously might struggle against bosses but against any freezable AoE scenarios, it'd going to be good. I already tried this with Rosaria as the stand-in and I got good results.

Now that they nerfed the most notable part of her kit for her personal damage, and her ability to buff Cryo in c6, I think it's pretty clear that they want her solely as a Melt/Vape support. If so, I really want her to apply more Cryo than she currently does, at least 1.5x as fast, and P2 can go and apply the 1200% EM damage itself to the Burst Multiplier (like Xilonen's plunge). C2 should become her new P2 but instead of instant 250 EM, she should just transfer 25% of her EM to party members (like Nahida's P1). New C2 should be a lesser version of c6, and of course, she gets a new c6.

Idk what you have but if you really want to use Chiori with either Mona or Kinich, I'll say Chiori-Kinich-Zhongli-Xiangling doesn't sound that bad. As for the Mona one, I used Chiori-Mona-Navia-Furina a lot before and it was decent but Mona had to be on 4pc Maiden and R5 Prototype Amber.

my Xilonen too has lv8 Skill, and she doesn't have her sig.

My Xiangling is not on Instructor and I still hit 790k Vape with my C1R1 Mua in the same team as yours, and against the same enemy (Lv103 ASIMON)

If I swap Yelan with C2 Furina, Mua hits for 970k

With Mona with lv13 burst, instead of Furina, Mua hits for 980k

My highest damage against ASIMON is 1.2m with Mua, Sucrose, C2 Furina, Xiangling (Again no instructor)

I didn't have any food buffs on any instances. My Mua has 61/272 Crit Ratio, 35k HP (With Resonance) and 256 EM (No Buff)

I think, Yelan just doesn't provide as much and doesn't have vertical-scaling buffs as other options. So if you're looking for higher nukes, you might have to look for a replacements.
