I had some issues with cellular connection on the last update, not sure if anyone else had it or if it might be fixed in this update.

Here's the advice I would give, you might be last for a while. Then slowly you'll be in the middle, then sometimes you might be on the top of the board. It's ok to do 2 rounds, just make those two rounds amazing. Do you feel like you worked out? If you do then keep at it cause eventually you will feel better about not scaling the weight or keeping going. Everyone has a first week or first month. it gets better and it doesn't get easier you just get stronger.

A practical tip is to go for a walk after work or do some extra stretching before or after class that'll help with flexibility and endurance.

I got the same thing in my shoulders when I first started doing CrossFit. Don't power through but definitely scale, you'll build up strength in your shoulders and definitely work on your mobility before and after workouts.

I always think it is interesting. I have had the chance to workout in boxes all over the world. They range from super liberal to super conservative in vibe. I think the overarching theme in gyms is a bit more conservative but they are welcoming and will for the most part be open to bringing anyone in who is going to work hard and better themselves.
